We had only visited the Whitsundays once before for a friends wedding.

The photos we looked at online were amazing, we figured we would never be able to have anywhere as beautiful where we currently live. Whitehaven Beach is so stunning.

We stayed in the Whitsundays for 6 days – we did the reef tour, visited restaurants and spent quality time with our families & friends. We stayed in beautiful accommodation overlooking Airlie Beach, so spent a bit of time on our balcony and relaxing in our jacuzzi

It was completely stress free!

We didn’t really have a budget, we just wanted a beautiful day so didn’t want to put a price on it. We splurged on our rings and wedding dress and also the transport to the ceremony location. The helicopters were amazing!
