From the second we all met at the pre-wedding meeting, the suppliers were so happy that Ian and Emma-Lee had won the wedding ceremony giveaway. Their twin girls Millie and Ava and their boy Charles were all so excited for the week ahead, celebrating multiple family birthdays (including the girls 9th birthday) and of course the main event itself.
“They were so grateful and excited about everything they were receiving and it was just an absolute pleasure walking them through the options for the day,” said Deb, from Tropix Photography.
Their wedding was a long time coming. They met over 10 years ago, but their engagement was relatively recent, with Ian popping the question during their family holiday to Airlie Beach in March this year. They went on a day trip to Whitehaven Beach when Ian popped the question and Emma-Lee said “YES”! They fell in love with the Whitsundays, and when the competition came up they were one of the very first entrants. Their winning words were, “The Whitsunday region is the most breathtaking place we have recently visited. Having a wedding here would be absolutely divine and unforgettable.”
The suppliers involved were unanimous in their joy for the winning couple.

Steve the Celebrant summed it up with the following words, “It was such a pleasure and a privilege to showcase our beautiful town to this couple, their family and friends. The sun shone. We laughed, shed a happy tear or two and created some sweet and everlasting memories.”
