Description
Get off the beaten track and explore the beauties of the Whitsunday Hinterland.
Located inland of Airlie Beach, in the stunning Conway National Park, lies a true hidden gem: Cedar Creek Falls.
Surrounded by a dense tropical rainforest, set in front of a beautiful natural watering hole and the cascading falls, you can get back to nature and enjoy a wedding ceremony with a difference.
Once your vows are complete, soak up the serenity of newly married life to the sound of the waterfall and spot the turtles hiding in the shallows.
Or, for our adventurous couples, take a stroll along the path to the top of the waterfall to enjoy the vantage point over the rainforest canopy for the most breath-taking photos that capture the start of your next big adventure.
Cedar Creek Falls is a public space and a permit is required to conduct your ceremony here. We highly recommend using a Whitsunday wedding planner to assist in coordinating public space weddings.
NOTE: During current Covid-19 government restrictions on wedding numbers we suggest contacting Whitsunday Regional Council to acquire your wedding permit for this location.
