From flower-laden friands to the ever favourite Chocolate mud cake or even a French Croquembouche - choux pastries filled with flavoured custard piled into a tower and surrounded by spun sugar.

Every couple wants a unique wedding cake so owner/chef Patrice Duverger will work with the Bride and Groom in choosing the taste, colour palette, decorations and presentation to create a memorable finish to their wedding dinner.
