Ceremonies allow us to pause from the normal flow of life and connect to the deepest part of ourselves.  They are a celebration of life’s most heart felt events.  My name is Rosalie Allan and was appointed as a Civil Marriage Celebrant in May 2004 and have officiated many ceremonies in the Whitsundays with sincerity and warmth.
